She is the joy and laughter of the group, and more importantly, the emotional glue of the trio. Her soft attitude and fragile character don't fool the fans though, they know that she's just as tough and strong as her two sisters.

But she has her secrets as well about what makes her the force of nature she is. That's mainly because, when Professor Utonium named Blossom, Bubbles began giggling. So the Professor decided to name her after her bubbly and joyful attitude. She's also a bit different than her sisters. Of course, all three of them are unique, but Bubbles has a most innocent, childish attitude, but at the same time is the strongest in combat.

So naturally, creators wanted to highlight her beautiful differences. Understandably, Bubbles is mainly made out of sugar. There's no doubt that this is true, she's the sweetest of the group after all. Everything she does is sweet and kind and represents sugar. All three girls have a 'main ingredient', and out of all the other ingredients, this fits her perfectly. All three girls have a selection of superpowers they use mainly in combat, but sometimes in their everyday lives as well.

Bubbles has more than 10 different abilities, but when really taken apart, this can go up to twenty. Bubbles does, however, have a tendency to be overemotional, despite having a habit to be ditzy, naive and sensitive, leading to her sometimes being regarded as the group's weakest link, by friends and foes alike.

However, she can become very independent and aggressive, let alone extremely mad when tempted, as seen in Bubblevicious.

Out of all the Powerpuff Girls she is the most feared by Mojo Jojo after having single-handedly taken him down in a fit of rage in the aforementioned episode. At one point, Bubbles gets severely hit on her head and dresses up as Mojo Jojo to fight her sisters. After the girls were created in The Powerpuff Girls Movie, Professor Utonium named her Bubbles for her cute, bubbly, and joyful attitude which she revealed by giggling when he named Blossom. Her best friend is Octi, a stuffed octopus given to her by the Professor.

Her special ingredient is sugar and her signature color is light blue. She was also told in an interview from The Powerpuff Girls Movie that she was not afraid to show her emotions. She is also generally shown to be very caring of her sisters and the Professor as well as others.

She is dressed in a rabbit costume, carrying a small lunchbox with a sticker roll, and a bunny doll, and the storm of items and her attacks are presumably "Angry Stickers. She can scream loud enough to shatter glass or buildings and stun opponents. But, thanks to Mojo Jojo - then a normal monkey belonging to the professor, and simply named Jojo - he accidentally added an extra ingredient: Chemical X.

As a result Bubbles and her sisters, Blossom and Buttercup , were created with superpowers. The accident also created Mojo Jojo. Bubbles was created by Craig McCracken.
